My initial visit went very well with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (not a big deal, it was busy) The staff I encountered during my visit were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be rushed and didn’t make me feel relaxed, especially on my first visit (seemed preoccupied or indifferent) No problem, everyone has bad days.
The young woman (Sam) was excellent in asking me questions and providing my treatment. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and valued as her patient.
I was greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile and a pleasant demeanour. I was early and expected to wait for 45 to 60 minutes but was taken in about 10. The nurse came in and was very friendly and proficient.She did her job and explained what she was doing. Then in a few minutes the doctor came in and did the minor surgery. They were both very efficient and pleasant. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thankyou for the experience
Always a great experience at your clinic. Dr. Wong was kind personable and thorough. Dr Wong makes me feel feel well taken care of and I appreciate his expert advice. Sarah his assistant was absolutely lovely and very skilled at giving facial treatments - what a well run clinic very professionally and efficiently run. Thank you !
Amazing!! I have red dots allover me and not to sure where they came from. They took a couple samples, I'm not good with this part of the prosses, took a couple off my skin and I ended up passing out 😅. The care once I awakened was spectacular! They made sure I was fully aware and comfortable before they ended the appointment. Would most definitely recommend and there was no negative experience. You guys are amazing!!
The nurses do an amazing job! They are always very friendly and professional. I appreciate that Dr. Wong took some time to answer my questions despite being very busy. I also appreciate how Dr.Wong recognizes cancer spots that an untrained eye dismisses as nothing.
This was my second time visiting the clinic and both experiences have been great. The staff are super friendly and professional.
